Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Hm77 platform and using its services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. You consent to electronic communications for entering into agreements and waive any rights to require a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a conflict arises between these Terms and other guidelines or information published by Hm77, these Terms shall prevail. Hm77 may modify the Terms at any time; material changes will be notified through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the services and/or close your account.

Account Opening and Eligibility

Opening an account with Hm77 is a prerequisite to using any services. Each person may hold only one account. You must be at least 18 years old to register and to use the services. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your login credentials. Funds held in your account are not subject to interest. You may not transfer, sell or pledge your account or any balance or winnings to any other person. Hm77 may close or merge duplicate accounts, cancel bets placed through duplicate accounts, and offset amounts owed to you against bonuses or other credits in breach of these Terms.

Account Security and Access

You must maintain the confidentiality of your username, password and other identifiers. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account and shall notify Hm77 promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected breach. Hm77 may suspend, restrict or terminate access where there is credible evidence of compromise or abuse.

Personal Data Accuracy and Updates

You must provide accurate personal information and promptly update Hm77 of any changes. Inaccurate or incomplete data may result in restricted access to services or adjustments to winnings or deposits. By using the platform you consent to the processing of your information under Hm77’s Privacy Policy, and agree to comply with its terms as amended from time to time.

Compliance with Law and Geographic Restrictions

You acknowledge and agree that you shall not access or use Hm77’s services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted. Hm77 reserves the right to restrict or block access in any country or territory at its discretion and to suspend or terminate accounts in jurisdictions where submission or use of services may be unlawful. You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your use of the platform.

Identity, Age and Security Verification

Hm77 reserves the right to verify the identity and age of any user at any time. If verification determines that you are under the legal age, winnings and bonuses may be forfeited and your account closed. Hm77 may perform random security checks and request additional documentation at any time to validate identity, age and ownership of payment methods. Telecommunication, email and live chat communications may be recorded for security and quality purposes.

KYC Documentation and Verification Process

To verify identity and residence, Hm77 requires documentation in the following categories. Documentation should be uploaded via the Documents tab in My Account or as otherwise directed by Customer Support.

• Identity documentation: a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driving license). Where applicable, both front and back of the document must be provided. If a photo ID is unavailable, a birth certificate may be accepted with a clear image of the holder and the birth certificate visible.
• Proof of address: a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months showing the user’s name and current residential address.
• Proof of payment: documentation corresponding to the deposit method used. For card payments, copies of the card showing the name, signature and the first six and last four digits (digits may be redacted except for the specified digits). For e-wallets, a statement or screenshot showing the registered email/account number and account details. For bank transfers, a bank statement showing the sending bank, account number, IBAN and BIC. For cryptocurrencies, screenshots of the wallet and the transaction history. Other deposit methods will be treated in a manner consistent with the above and may be updated as methods change.

Documents should be submitted in the designated area of My Account. Standard verification will be completed within three business days after submission. If a withdrawal has been requested, additional documentation may be requested within 48 hours of the withdrawal request, and the verification review will proceed within three business days of receipt. Hm77 may request supplementary information at any time to complete the verification process.

Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Integrity

Hm77 implements anti-money laundering controls in compliance with applicable law to prevent illicit activity, including financing of terrorism. Users agree to provide information reasonably requested to verify identity, address and legitimacy of funds. Hm77 may report suspected unlawful activity to relevant authorities and may implement temporary restrictions on accounts or payments during investigations. Any funds identified as arising from unlawful activity may be frozen or offset in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Payment Verification and Use of Funds

Users confirm that payment methods used for deposits are owned by the user and that funds originate from legitimate sources. Hm77 may require additional verification of funds, block deposits or withdrawals pending completion of verification, and offset deposits against outstanding obligations where appropriate. Funds credited to an account in error may be withdrawn or adjusted at Hm77’s discretion. No interest is payable on funds held in an account unless expressly stated otherwise.

Withdrawals and Verification Outcomes

Withdrawals are subject to successful verification. Pending verifications may delay withdrawal processing. If verification indicates underage or non-compliance with laws, winnings and bonuses may be forfeited and the account terminated. Incomplete verification may result in withdrawal blocks until the required documents and checks are completed.

Data Privacy and Retention

Hm77 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal data is collected and used to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and ensure security. Data retention periods reflect legal requirements and internal policies. Users may exercise rights under applicable data protection laws by contacting Hm77 through approved channels.

Updates to the Terms and Remedies

Hm77 may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform and through other authorized channels. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If a user disagrees with updates, the appropriate remedy is to cease use of the services and close the account.
