General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Agreement

These General Terms and Conditions (the Terms) govern your access to and use of the Hm77 platform, including the website, software and related services (the Platform). By creating an account, signing in, or using any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable game rules or promotional terms.   • You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and keep it up to date. The Company may request identity documents (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of address) and payment method ownership proof to verify identity, age and residence.
  • The Company reserves the right to verify your identity and to impose temporary restrictions on deposits and withdrawals pending verification. If verification cannot be completed or information is false or misleading, the Company may terminate the account and cancel pending transactions.

4. Security, Personal Data and AML/KYC

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, the Company conducts checks on identity, source of funds and residence. Checks may restrict or delay withdrawals. The Company may request additional documents and may perform enhanced due diligence, including, where appropriate, copies of passports and recent utility bills. If information provided cannot be verified or is false, the Company may suspend, terminate or deny access to services and reclaim funds as permitted by law. Anonymous or nom de plume accounts are not permitted, and related due diligence may be applied to linked or jointly controlled accounts.

5. Deposits

  • Deposits must be made solely from accounts in the name of the registered player. Third-party payments are not accepted, and deposits from third-party sources may result in confiscation of winnings and other sanctions.
  • Where deposits are made in a currency different from the registered currency, conversion fees shall be borne by the player.

6. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals are processed via the withdrawal methods available in the Platform. The Company reserves the right to determine the most suitable withdrawal method for each transaction and to request additional information to verify identity and ownership of funds.
  • The Company may delay or suspend withdrawals to complete identity verification, assess compliance with the Terms, or conduct anti-fraud checks. Withdrawals may be canceled if fraud, collusion, or other breaches of the Terms are suspected.
  • Processing time for withdrawal requests ranges from 0 to 48 hours from the time all verifications are complete and the request is fully documented. Actual crediting to the external account depends on the processing times of banks and payment systems involved.
  • You must provide valid documents for the KYC procedure; fraudulent or falsified documents may result in confiscation of deposits and potential winnings. The Company aims to review documents within one business day of receipt.
  • Wagering requirement: to withdraw winnings arising from any deposit, you must wager the deposited funds at least three times prior to withdrawal (known as the wagering requirement). This requirement may be adjusted or supplemented by any applicable game rules or promotions.
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts per transaction and respective daily/weekly/monthly withdrawal limits apply and will be displayed in the withdrawal flow. The Company may impose higher or lower limits by payment method or jurisdiction as permitted by law.
  • Funds shall be held in the player’s account until withdrawal is completed; the Company cannot guarantee availability of funds in the event of account restrictions, regulatory inquiries, or other compliance actions.

7. Dormant and Inactive Accounts

  1. A account with no login activity for 180 consecutive calendar days is considered dormant. The Company will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to the account becoming dormant to inform the user of consequences.
  2. Inactivity fee: the Company may debit a Dormant Account Fee of 10 USD (or equivalent) at the start of the month following dormancy and on each subsequent month of continued inactivity, so long as the account balance remains non-negative.
  3. If the Company decides to close a dormant account, it will attempt to refund any remaining balance to the user. If refund is unsuccessful, the Company may either leave the account open and continue the Dormant Fee or close the account and confiscate the remaining balance after one calendar year of dormancy.

8. Fees, Taxes and Reporting

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and any government charges arising from winnings or deposits, in accordance with the laws of your residence. You shall indemnify the Company against any tax liability, penalties or costs arising from your use of the Platform. The Company may levy processing or activity-based fees as disclosed in the deposit/withdrawal flows and in promotional terms. You are responsible for any third-party fees or charges related to withdrawals, transfers, or currency conversions.

9. Game Rules and Responsible Gaming

You acknowledge familiarity with the rules of the games offered on the Platform and accept that each game’s theoretical return to player (RTP) and rules are accessible within the game interface. Playing is at your sole risk, and the Company does not guarantee profits or outcomes. The Company supports responsible gaming measures and provides tools and limits to help manage play.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection or regulatory provisions. The Company may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for any regulatory or compliance reason. Termination may involve withholding or confiscation of funds as permitted by law and these Terms. You may request closure of your account, subject to pending transactions and compliance checks, and the Company will settle any remaining balances in accordance with applicable law.
