Betting Information

General Provisions

These Betting Rules govern all wagers placed on the Hm77 platform. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and accept these rules as binding terms. The operator may amend these rules from time to time; amendments shall be published and take effect on notification on the site. All markets operate on United Kingdom time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Bet Acceptance and Validity

• Bets become valid only when accepted by Hm77 servers and assigned a unique transaction identifier. A bet request is not binding until acceptance.
• Betting with insufficient funds in your account renders the wager invalid.
• Customers may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been confirmed by the system.

Settlement and Official Results

• Settlements are based on official results where available. If official data is not published or is demonstrably incorrect, Hm77 may rely on independent evidence to determine outcomes.
• Where markets relate to statistics published by an official provider, those results govern settlement. In the absence of reliable official data, settlement may be based on Hm77's internal statistics, with the outcome subject to subsequent review.
• Outcomes may be re-settled if an error in pricing or other material error is identified, subject to verification and internal controls.

Verification and Data Sources

Hm77 reserves the right to determine the validity of a market using official governing bodies, recognised data providers, or, where necessary, internal records. In the event of discrepancies between sources, the most authoritative data available at the time of settlement shall prevail. All times cited are in UK time unless stated otherwise.

Abandoned, Postponed or Resumed Events

• If an event is abandoned or postponed and not resumed within a defined period, unsettled markets may be voided unless an official result is declared within the permitted window.
• If an event is resumed within the specified window, bets on markets that have not yet concluded shall stand according to the resumed outcome, subject to market rules.

In-Play and Live Betting

• In-Play or Live bets may be voided if it is determined that the outcome was known or influenced at the time of bet placement, or if information essential to settlement was not properly validated.
• Real-time updates and live data are used for settlement where available; discrepancies may lead to voiding of affected bets.

Cash Out and Partial Cash Out

• Cash Out is available on selected events and markets, pre-match and In-Play, for single and multiple bets. Availability is indicated by a dedicated control on eligible bets.
• Cash Out may be subject to a time delay and price fluctuations. If a price changes, or a market is suspended, a Cash Out request may fail.
• Partial Cash Out allows reducing the stake amount on a bet you have entered; the remaining stake is settled according to final market outcome.
• Free bets are excluded from Cash Out. Bets settled via Cash Out do not count toward turnover requirements for promotions unless stated otherwise.

Fraud, Integrity and Disputes

Hm77 may suspend settlement or withhold payments if there is evidence of fraud or integrity concerns within an event or related betting channels. Investigations may be conducted with the relevant authorities, and bets involved may be voided or settled at the operator's discretion. In case of disputes, transaction logs maintained by Hm77 are the prevailing record for resolution.

Market Rules and Price Accuracy

• Markets may be voided if an event's format or rules deviate from standard practice, or if there is a material error in price, terms, or participants at the time of offering.
• Where a market is entered with an incorrect or invalid price, settlement may be voided and the bet re-settled if appropriate.
• All markets are settled on decimal odds unless otherwise specified by the market configuration.

Dead Heat and Tie Scenarios

In events with two or more joint winners, dead heat rules apply. A portion of a multi-part bet may win, while the remaining portion loses, calculated proportionally to the number of winners and the number of eligible selections. If a market explicitly offers a draw option, standard draw rules apply in place of dead heat rules.

Accumulator and System Bets

Accumulation and system bets are settled in accordance with the status of each component selection. A system bet is settled on a per-selection basis; a failed leg does not necessarily void the entire bet, depending on the system structure. A banker leg within a system bet must succeed for the overall system to return a payout.

Outright and Special Markets

Outright markets are settled based on the official conclusion of the event or award, regardless of whether a participant competes. Non-participating selections are treated as losers. Where two or more places are tied, dead heat rules apply unless the market states otherwise.

Non-Participation and Data Gaps

If a participant or team does not take part, bets on that selection are typically treated as losers unless the market specifies otherwise. Where statements or lineups are displayed incorrectly, the operator reserves the right to void affected bets and administer settlements based on official results.

Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering

Promotional offers and bonus terms apply separately from standard betting rules. Wagering requirements, eligibility, and exclusions (including those related to Cash Out, free bets, and bonus balance) are defined in the applicable promotional terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Language

These rules are described in English as the official version. In the event of a dispute, the operator disclaims liability except where required by applicable law, and the governing law will be as stated in the site terms. In the absence of a governing clause, the jurisdiction shall be the place of incorporation of the operator.
