This document governs how you may withdraw funds from your Hm77 account. Withdrawals are subject to verification, method availability, and compliance with applicable laws and the overarching Terms and Conditions of use.

Eligibility and account status

To initiate a withdrawal, your Hm77 account must be active and in good standing, with sufficient withdrawable funds. Any pending wagering requirements from promotions, or outstanding chargebacks, must be resolved in accordance with the Promotions and Wagering Policy before a withdrawal request is processed.

Identity verification (KYC)

In order to comply with licensing and anti-money-laundering obligations, Hm77 conducts identity verification (KYC). You must provide valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and, where applicable, documentation for the payment methods used. Verification must be completed before the first withdrawal or as requested by compliance. We may pause withdrawal processing pending submission and review of documents. Processing times

Withdrawal requests undergo compliance and fraud screening. Standard processing is up to 3 business days after approval. Some payment methods or territorial constraints may extend processing to longer cycles. You will be notified when a withdrawal is approved and submitted to the respective payment processor. Final receipt by the destination account depends on the chosen method and banking schedules.

Fees and charges

Hm77 reserves the right to apply processing fees for certain withdrawal methods. Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the withdrawal. The withdrawal summary will reflect any fees before you confirm the request.

Security and compliance

Withdrawals are subject to security checks designed to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other unlawful activity. We may perform address verification, device and IP checks, and request additional documentation for unusual activity or large withdrawals. Funds are returned to the original payment method when feasible; otherwise, they may be transferred by an alternative method in accordance with legal and licensing obligations.
